Our congresses and forums are designed to offer a focused approach to business, where corporate buyers and solution providers meet in a one -to-one setting. Our management team has over 100 years of combined event management experience.
Aura Events was established in January 2005 and since then has expended to a team of more than 25 Events Management Professionals. Our corporate head quarter is located in the prestigious Media City in Dubai and we have operations and sales offices in Lebanon.

What we do:

CONGRESSES
Aura International produces, hosts, and sells exclusive industry specific Executives Congresses throughout the world. By combining the best elements of a conference, exhibition and dynamic networking, we maximize deal making and knowledge sharing opportunities for each of our clients. Congress’s topics are extensively researched and come from various industries. We do not decide a topic over a cup of coffee.
We host major upper level decision makers whom are VERY busy – We understand that they attend our
events to either save or make their corporations money.
Unlike trade shows and expos, our executive congresses and forums are not designed for marketing and branding purposes. Instead, we focus on “shortening the sales process”. By properly selecting the best corporate buyers in each industry and inviting the top solution providers in the world, we create an environment conductive to generating business. Our corporate buyers for each industry are selected based on three criteria:

  1. They have to send the ultimate decision maker within their organization for all matters related to the subject of the event.
  2. They have to guarantee that they have a certain annual budget to spend on the subject of the event.
  3. They have to be actively looking for new partners on the subject of the event. By guaranteeing these important criteria for each corporate buyer, we maximize the opportunity for each solution provider to meet with very well-qualified potential buyers and we maximize their return on investment.

FORUMS
FORUMS are a focused approach to selling complicated solutions where the sales pitch is geared much more towards knowledge sharing and case studies in a peer-to-peer approach that can be very effective. Usually Forums are smaller in size than Congresses as the number of solution providers is smaller and the event is more exclusive. They are an ideal platform for High End niche markets where
the sales approach requires a high degree of knowledge and expertise.

Aura Events focuses on Business-to-Business events where we create a platform for buyers and solution providers can meet together in order to create business opportunities. The solution providers attend our events because it provides them with access to potential buyers who have been pre-qualified by us. In order for a solution provider to have 12 scheduled one-on-one meeting (or two workshops with 10 buyers in each) with qualified buyers who are the ultimate decision makers, have a budget to buy and are actively looking for solution providers would have taken them more than a full year. Instead, over a period of three-days, they can meet in one place all these buyers. In fact, our format of event significantly shortens the sales process and reduces the cost of the process as well.
